Anna Pagnucci is a professor and a painter. Her artwork primarily focuses on emotionalism through abstraction in an energetic style. She is creating 50 paintings, one for each 2014 CSA DSM shareholder.
Scott is creating a new painting for the season, from which he will produce 50 prints for CSA DSM shareholders.
Judith Eastburn's shares are photographs of midwest grain elevators. Eastburn holds an MFA in Photography from The University of Iowa. She has taught photography courses at levels ranging from children to university students for the past twenty years.
"I was born in Iowa, and grew up in the southeast corner near the Mississippi River in an area of limestone bluffs and wooded ravines. These are the landscapes which serve as my point of reference when I photograph in other parts of the world. I think Iowa and its openness made me aware of the horizon and sensitive to smaller variations in the land’s surface."
Emily explores relationships between image and object in her pairings of sculptures and photographs. She is creating 50 pairings for CSA DSM in 2014.
Tiberiu explores digitization through printmaking and assemblage.
"I am interested in gender as a haunting social apparatus. My creative research focuses on femininity as set forth in religion, social practices, and cultural phenomena and how these forces intersect at the present moment to create a complicated relationship of gender identity and expectations."
Rahele Jomepour is an illustrator and painter, she creates individual mini sculptures with Doll Clay . She also loves to have her illustrations in motion.
Her illustrations have appeared in books and magazines in Iran and Portugal. She currently lives in Ames, Iowa where she is completing an MFA in Integrated Visual Arts at Iowa State University.
She will create 50 cups for CSA DSM shareholders in 2014.
